  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup 2 percent milk

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • cooking spray


In a food processor, coarsely chop 1 cup old-fashioned oats with kosher salt and baking powder. In a bowl, beat 1 large egg; whisk in 2 percent milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir in oats and blueberries. On a griddle coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat, cook batter in 2 tbsp batches, about 90 seconds per side, to make 6 pancakes.
