- 200g of peeled and finely chopped ginger
- Lemon slices
- 450ml filtrated water
- A couple drops of lime juice
- 225g of sugar
- 115ml of sparkling water
Bring the water to a boil and add the ginger. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for 20 minutes.
