Prepare Ginger In This Old Way and Prevent Cancer, Treat Arthritis, Reduce Cholesterol And Lower Blood Sugar levels!!!

  • 200g of peeled and finely chopped ginger
  • Lemon slices
  • 450ml filtrated water
  • A couple drops of lime juice
  • 225g of sugar
  • 115ml of sparkling water


Bring the water to a boil and add the ginger. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for 20 minutes.

In a bowl, combine half a cup of ginger juice, 1/3 cup of the syrup and half a cup of sparkling water. Add organic honey and lime juice. Mix all well and decorate with lemon slices.
