THIS POPULAR DRINK DESTROYS YOUR LIVER! DO YOU DRINK IT?

Most people turn to reading, listening to music, taking energy drinks, or mediation in order to relax and deal with mental fogs. However, did you know that some of them negatively affect your health?

Mary Alwood is an Englishwoman who experienced the negative consequences of consuming Red Bull. When she discovered Red Bull, her life was a mess and she had tons of tasks and things to do on a daily basis. In order to deal with her busy schedule, Mary started drinking 1-2 cans of Red Bull a day.  However, her tolerance grew over time and she ended up taking more than 20 cans daily. From size 16, she started wearing size 24 and soon ended up in a hospital due to a debilitating liver pain.

The MRI scan revealed that her liver was significantly enlarged. Even though she rarely drank, the doctors assumed that alcohol was the cause of this issue. The detailed analysis showed that she had suffered from a fatty liver caused by the high sugar content in Red Bull. Moreover, she had 2 fibrous lamps, one of which was bug as Satsuma and the other had the shape of a grape.

Needless to say, Mary stopped drinking Red Bull and stared consuming 6.5 liters of water on a daily basis. She had been experiencing symptoms like mood swings and shakes, but things soon worked out and she managed to gain back her original size.

According to Mary, she didn’t care about the adverse side effects of Red Bull and desperately needed it, as it served as heroine for her. Now, she wants to spread the word about this and make people understand that Red Bull works the same way as nicotine and alcohol do.

Even if you are not fan of Red Bull, there are other foods and drinks with high sugar content, such as tomato sauce, dried fruit,  canned soup, yogurt, salad dressing, and granola bars. Although alcohol is the major cause of fatty liver, sugar works the same way, storing fat in the liver. Moreover, it also increases the risk of diabetes, obesity, and development of “benign” and cancerous tumors.

Therefore, stay away from Red Bull and opt for natural way to get an energy boost!
